Injury Report

This will just be a short note, while I kill the last few minutes before heading back to class. That's right, folks. School is back in session -- but as I've had only two classes thusfar, I can't really give any feedback on anything yet. Watch this space later in the week for more on that front.

I did have a much longer post to put up here, but unfortunately, my browser crashed before I had a chance to post. So you won't get all the wordy goodness, but this should suffice. The big news is, of course, the reason for the title: I'm hobbled... You see, it's not sword swinging that causes injuries, but the basketball that takes place beforehand. We were playing basketball, and I got run over by a truck. Or, more appropriately, a guy who is probably 6'4" and ... well, heavy. Quite heavy. So we collided, and my knee lost the battle. I ended up having it planted beneath me as I twisted, and now I have a lovely black-and-blue-and-hurting knee. I can walk on it, but end up needing it wrapped most of the time since it's prone to slipping a bit at this point. Ow.

Other than that, there is not much to report. I got all my grades finally, and got A's in each, except Daoism, which featured an A+. Can't complain about that one at all. I hope to be able to pick up my Early Christianity paper later this week, as well.

But, since getting back from Lethbridge, there's not much to report. I worked all week last week, and am back to school this week. Oh, and I also built the gingerbread house (see the pics) ... take that, Sebastian. Anyways, that's about all I have to say, and all the time I have to say it. Dumb knee takes me twice as long to get anywhere.

Oh, and in the next week or two, I will be launching a new blog. Now that I've told you that, I can close off, and you all will just have to wait with baited breath for more info.
